Program Phases
A detailed breakdown of the 18-week Rethryv journey, incorporating clinical objectives, team responsibilities, and client milestones.
Pre-Enrollment

Phase 0: Discovery & Enrollment

Grace's Focus: Qualifying & converting

The Lead Journey typically begins after viewing a 40-minute webinar by Dr. Matt Walker. Prospects complete a "Pre-Call Questionnaire" to prepare for enrollment in the 18-week optimization system.

Anchor Priorities
  • Consultant confirms prospect completed Score App
  • Sale finalized via WHOP
  • Bloodwork appointment booked at Quest by Sales Consultant
  • Welcome call scheduled with Provider
  • Sales-to-Grace Handoff Intel Package completed
  • Personality Assessment submitted into Rethryv Ops Dashboard
  • 'First Message Draft' completed pre-Golden Hour
Communication Patterns
  • Pre-call personality read from Score App assessment
  • Health persona identification mapped from assessment
  • No direct Grace-client contact yet — sales-led phase
  • Grace prepares first message draft before Golden Hour begins
  • Tone calibration based on one of 12 Personality Assessment archetypes
Phase Notes Grace receives the intel, not the introduction. The Golden Hour is won or lost in Phase 0. Criteria to advance: Sale is made, bloodwork booked, and welcome call scheduled.
Days ~1–3

Phase 1: Onboarding & Clinical Setup

Grace's Focus: Remove friction. Establish trust.

Once the sale is finalized, the "Golden Hour" sequence triggers. Grace initiates contact within one hour to remove friction. Comprehensive bloodwork is mandated within 24–48 hours to prevent momentum loss.

Anchor Priorities
  • Grace initiates text contact within the 'Golden Hour'
  • First message is personalized based on sales call transcript
  • Bloodwork confirmed at Quest within 24–48 hours
  • Welcome call confirmed with Provider
  • Longevity Intake Form sent and confirmed completed
  • 'What Could Go Wrong' audit completed
  • 5-Day Cellular Kickstart Guide delivered to client
Communication Patterns
  • Warm, friction-removing tone — remove every obstacle before it becomes one
  • Acknowledge one specific thing + name next step + zero-friction ask
  • Morning + Evening SMS cadence begins Day 1
  • Introduce Grace explicitly as the 'Daily Architect' of their longevity journey
Phase Notes The client just made a significant commitment. The first 72 hours are about confirming they made the right decision. Grace's job is to make everything feel effortless.
Days ~2–5

Phase 2: Client Profiling & Priority Mapping

Grace's Focus: Map the person, not just the client.
Anchor Priorities
  • Confirm a successful blood draw
  • Welcome Call (45 min) completed with Provider
  • Priority focus areas created and agreed upon
  • Provider uploads transcript and recommendations
  • Fulfillment team ships Welcome Call fulfillment list
  • Personal wearable sync requested
Communication Patterns
  • Ask-Listen-Bridge framework begins — open-ended curiosity
  • Reflect the client's own language back to them
  • Frame priorities as 'the 3–5 things we're going to own together'
  • Gifting radar ON — note early opportunities
Days ~1–14

Phase 3: Guided Observation

Grace's Focus: Clear the signal. Build the Source of Truth.
Anchor Priorities
  • 3x/day SMS cadence established
  • Early lifestyle game plan built around nutrition, hydration, sleep
  • Wearable data flowing
  • Metabolic leaks identified through curious conversation
  • 10-Day Cellular Reset Guide PDF sent
  • CGM (Stelo) initiated — 2-day baseline
  • Client labs uploaded in Ops Dashboard
Communication Patterns
  • Curious conversation > clinical interrogation
  • Ask-Listen-Bridge: Ask openly → Listen for leaks → Bridge to clinical goal
  • Grace NEVER diagnoses
  • Reinforce journaling as empowering, not burdensome
Day ~14

Phase 4: Clinical Analysis & Insight

Grace's Focus: Connect the WHY. Make the biology personal.

Provider connects wearable data, CGM, BIA, and bloodwork to client symptoms. The goal is a "Turning Point" moment where the client finally understands why they feel the way they do.

Anchor Priorities
  • Bloodwork Analysis Call completed — 'Turning Point' achieved
  • 10-Day Cellular Reset start date scheduled
  • Grace confirms client has reviewed Reset Guide
Communication Patterns
  • Pre-call: 'Tomorrow we connect the dots... This is the call that changes everything.'
  • Post-call: celebrate the Turning Point acknowledgment
  • Transition tone: shift from observation mode to action readiness
  • 'You're not broken — your system was just overwhelmed.'
Days ~15–25

Phase 5: Cellular Reset Initiation

Grace's Focus: 100% compliance. Protocol, not a diet.
Anchor Priorities
  • No sugar, gluten, dairy, or alcohol confirmed daily
  • BIA Body Scan completed on Days 1, 6, and 10
  • Morning & Night supplement packs taken
  • The 20-Chew Rule & Hydration goals met
  • Meal photos & CGM data texted to Grace daily
  • 10-Day Cellular Reset completed
Communication Patterns
  • Daily compliance check-ins — celebratory, not policing
  • Reframe cravings clinically ('dopamine pathway recalibrating')
  • Social strategy coaching ('Protein + Steam')
  • If compliance slips: 'Reset the next meal, not the next Monday'
Day ~26

Phase 6: Personalized Protocol Development

Grace's Focus: Surgical accuracy. Client becomes programmer.
Anchor Priorities
  • Reintroduction of excluded foods monitored
  • Provider synthesizes all biological and lifestyle data
  • Metabolic Longevity Blueprint (MLB) call completed
  • 30/60/90-day success markers defined
  • Client confirms commitment to MLB
Communication Patterns
  • Shift tone: Reset mindset → Lifestyle Implementation
  • Present MLB as 'your system, not our plan'
  • Reinforce identity shift: 'You operate at a different standard now'
Weeks ~5–16

Phases 7 & 8: Implementation & Optimization

Grace's Focus: Establish rhythm. Deepen and protect trajectory.
Anchor Priorities
  • Supplement cycle confirmed running — 25-day ship cadence
  • Wearable Readiness >85, Glucose Variability <10%, Visceral Fat <10
  • Minimum Standards philosophy applied during travel
  • All 30, 60, and 90-day success markers reviewed
Communication Patterns
  • Pattern Recognition Over Compliance
  • The Plateau Early Warning — flag stalled metrics to Provider immediately
  • Connect current data back to Phase 4 Turning Point labs
  • Frame milestones as a new baseline, not a finish line
Weeks ~17–18+

Phases 9 & 10: Evaluation & Autonomy

Grace's Focus: Close the loop. Stabilize the wins.
Anchor Priorities
  • Client completes final bloodwork
  • Longevity Continuation Plan (LCP) Call completed
  • Quantitative transformation documented
  • Transition to autonomy confirmed — client equipped for next 20 years
Communication Patterns
  • Pre vs. Post reveal framed as the 'proof moment'
  • Graduation tone — 'You are now Programmable.'
  • LCP framed as an ongoing support structure, not an ending
  • Close with affirmation: 'You know your body now. That's the work we came to do.'
